A linear walk to Chingford Station led by Hadi S (Mobile: 07590 604391) via River Lea Navigation, Lee Valley Nature Reserve, Lippits Hill, West Essex Golf Club and across Epping Forest to Epping Forest Centre for lunch (pub, café or picnic). After lunch: across Epping Forest past Loughton Camp (pre-Roman), Connaught Reservoir and the Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge. Hilly, muddy in parts and magnificent through Loughton Camp.
