We are the Leeds Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Addingham we head down to the river, cross the suspension bridge and head over the fields up to Black Foss farm. A short uphill road walk then takes us to the base of Beamsley Beacon which we climb.Once at the top we cross over the moor to Little Gate Cairn at which point we will stop for a lunch break. From here we drop down from the moor towards Moor End Farm, a short road walk then takes us to the paths which lead us back down to the suspension bridge and back into Addingham. Refreshments will be at the Fleece P.H. after the walk.
