Bluebell Walk: Teg Down and Crabwood

Crab Wood (near Sparsholt, Winchester) is a well loved nature reserve and beauty spot with a mass of bluebells. Hopefully the bluebells will still be out!
This is a circular walk, with some up and down, not for those who cannot walk up a hill, on clear but uneven paths through woods and across farmland, some muddy sections at present, one longish stretch on quiet road, no stiles. Some good long distance views.
On street parking at the top end of Teg Down Meads SU456305 , ( SO22 5NP).
Bus 4, hourly from The Arc (library) 9.47, stops near top of Teg Down Meads, 5 minutes walk from the end where we will park. (Or bus 3, every 20 minutes from The Arc, 9.42, 10.02, get off at Dean Lane Corner ( about 15 minutes walk ), walk through the park and up Dean Lane to junction with Langham Lane where we will meet you 5 minutes from our start.
No toilets or refreshments.
