This countryside walk starts in the woodlands where the bluebells will be putting on a show. For elevenses we should find a suitable log from which to admire the iconic springtime, woodland flowers. We then make our way through arable farmland and tracks to Micheldever where the seating for a lunch stop is next to the playground swings should anyone be tempted. Our return journey is also along field edges and back into the extensive Micheldever Wood.
Please bring your own picnic and ample refreshments. Boots and plenty of layers of clothing recommended.
This is a small unsurfaced car park used to access Micheldever Wood and its walks. Main route to access the road the CP is Northington Lane, a turning off the A33, the road between Winchester and Basingstoke.
