Overview

A walk through Macclesfield Forest starting at Bottoms reservoir, Clarke Lane, Langley. You can park at the reservoir car park or along Clarke Lane in marked roadside bays (avoid the residents-only section). We’ll walk past the reservoir towards Clough House, Macclesfield Forest hills, Forest Chapel, Standing Stone, on towards Nessit Hill and then loop round towards Clarke Lane and the car park.
