Burnsall - Simon's Seat Circular

The walk starts from Burnsall Bridge along the river Wharfe to Howgill Lane which we follow (a long steady climb) up to Simon's Seat where we'll stop for lunch. After lunch we go down off the top using  steep "limestone steps" bringing us down to a farm track which we follow before crossing fields to High Skyreholme. From here we folow the road to Middle Skyrehome where we turn towards Parceval Hall then picking up the path across the fells above Appletreewick and drop back down to the river back into Burnsall.
