10am Free car park adjacent to Disley Station SK973846.
9.5miles moderate with 1700ft of ascent. Variety of path types.
Route – Lyme park the Cage, car park and visit to toilets, Bowstones then descend to Baileys farm, School, Black Hill, Newtown and return on the canal to Disley.
Bring packed lunch.
