Overview

The walk starts from the picturesque and unspoilt village of Hambleden. From here the route climbs up through Ridge Wood, descends to the Thames and follows an attractive riverside path to Henley. We cross the Thames at Henley Bridge and head up through Remenham Wood and across fields to the hamlet of Aston before descending to re-cross the river at Mill End. The route finally continues through the beautiful Chiltern valley back to Hambleden. Bring a drink and snack.
