This varied walk starts from the Stainburn Forest car park, just off the Beckwithshaw to Bland Hill road, and joins the Yorkshire Water track to Scargill and Beavers Dyke reservoirs before joining part of the Dales Way Link footpath past Long Liberty Farm and John O Gaunts castle. The route then continues past the Sun Inn to near Swinsty Reservoir before ascending gradually to Norwood Edge forest. After the forest we will enjoy the views on top of Little Alms Cliff Crag before arriving back in the car park.
Expect muddy and wet conditions through the plantations and fields.
Dogs allowed.
Car Parking charges apply, £5 all day.
