Overview

This is a low level walk in the valleys of Stonethwaite Beck and Langstrath Beck. There is some dramatic scenery and the features contribute to solitude and tranquility. The route from Stonethwaite is on good tracks alongside Stonethwaite Beck, turning into the Langstrath up to Tray Dub footbridge. Crossing the footbridge return along the other side of the Becks on the Cumbria Way.
