Overview

Train from Staines at 08:28 arrives Petts Wood at 10:07. Meet at Waterloo Station at seating on the concourse near platform 24 for the onward journey to Petts Wood. Buying two single tickets is the best option. On arrival at Petts Wood we will have a coffee stop and start the walk at about 10:30. The route goes via Jubilee Country Park, Crofton Woods, Tubbenden Meadow, Farnborough and High Elms Country Park where we will stop for lunch at the Green Roof Cafe. There are seats nearby for picnics. The afternoon starts through High Elms Country Park and then via North End Farm, Holwood Farm, The Wilberforce Oak, Keston Common, Hayes Common, West Wickham Common and then to Hayes Station.
