Overview

7 pm.  4 miles easy.  Park in Turncliff Crescent, Marple. SJ9463 8922.

This road is off Marple Hall Drive. Do not turn into The Turnpike which is the road before it.   If coming from Hazel Grove via Torkington Rd allow a few extra minutes for roadworks lights. Best to park between nos 10 and 20.  I will be there to give assistance if needed.

We will walk down to the River Goyt (possibility of kingfisher or otter sighting and certainty of seeing dangerous flora!), Chadkirk to see a wildlife disaster! Also a history relating to both the English Civil War and Agatha Christie!
