We are the Leeds Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the market square we head up to the village of Clifton passing by the Wharfedale hospital on the way .We then make our way across the fields before dropping down to Lindley bridge at the southern end of Lindley Wood reservoir. From here we follow the river Washburn into the village of Leathley and after a short road walk cross the fields towards Leathley Hall. A further road walk then takes us down to the footpath alongside the river Wharfe which we follow back into Otley. A lunch stop will be made at a suitable spot along route of the walk.
