Overview

A walk of about 7 miles. We start from the car park by Holy Trinity Church Penn Street, walk through Penn Wood (the paths are likely to be muddy) and into Commonwood following the chalk path then through Pugh's wood and onto Penn Bottom and Winchmore Hill before returning to Penn Street.
There is a short stretch on the highway in Winchmore Hill and along the pavement as we return to the car park in Penn Street.
