This walk replaces Purley to Chipstead which is affected by planned engineering works and rail replacement buses for parts of both journeys.

A circular walk from Hayes (Kent) Station led by Sue C. which goes through woods and commons and passes Keston Ponds and the Wilberforce Oak. Lunch stop at 'The Greyhound' pub, Keston Green (picnic benches nearby). Map: E147/162, L177.
