Overview

This walk is part of an Area Camp weekend. All Ramblers members are welcome, but if you're not on the camp, please let the leader know the day before.

Walk from Reeth crossing the river at the swing bridge and climb steadily via Ivy House to Maiden Castle (Iron Age Hillfort).  From the fort, moorland tracks take us to Grinton. We cross back over the river, returning via Low Fremington and Reeth Bridge.
