Overview

A circular walk through woods, fields, along the edge of Runnymede (NT) to the Magna Carta Memorial and along the Thames where we will stop to take a short break before climbing the hill back to the Air Forces Memorial. Please bring a drink and snack. There is a decline on this walk and an incline, you may find a walking pole useful.

Meet in the Memorial car park in Coopers Hill Lane, Englefield Green. (This car park could be pay and display as pay machines have been installed) The number 8 bus from Slough to Staines stops on Priest Hill at the end of Coopers Hill Lane which is a 5-minute walk from the starting point. There are public toilets adjacent to the car park.
