A canal, river & country/public parks' walk, taking in Stockport’s surrounding green and lush countryside along the river Goyt. Lovely views of the Peak District and the local countryside of the Goyt Valley Way.

Some of the paths are uneven and muddy in parts (can be very muddy if we have had heavy rain).  We will also be walking through fields that may have cattle in them.

As it’s Easter – please wear something festive –  i.e. bunny ears or something like that etc(!)
