This walk follows the Trent from Gunthorpe to Hoveringham then circles back via Caythorpe. Views across the river to Trent Hills and Toot Hill, an interesting garden house and, possibly, a pottery.
There may be cows - usually peaceful !
Refreshment break halfway. Picnic lunch can be eaten back at Gunthorpe - or you may like to call in at the pub.
Could be squelchy underfoot in parts.
