Walking in Surrey
Our Area covers the county of Surrey and the London Boroughs of Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Sutton.
Surrey, the most wooded county in England, offers some of South East England's most beautiful and accessible countryside. We have over 2,100 miles of footpaths and bridleways to explore with a choice of woodland, heathland, chalk downland, canals and riversides, all interspersed with pretty villages.
The Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty covers a quarter of our county. The London Boroughs include many green spaces, and walking routes such as the London LOOP, Thames Path and the Wandle Trail.
