Experience the delights of Attenborough Nature Reserve. This walk is part urban, part nature reserve with paths through golf courses thrown in for good measure! We make our way to St Johns in Beeston, a medieval Grade 2 listed church and then wend our way to the Nature Reserve and Beeston Lock. The walking is relatively easy.
Please note that Attenborough is accessible by train. We start from the Attenborough Nature Centre and pass the station after 5 to 10 minutes walking. Anyone who chooses to travel by train can be picked up en route therefore from the station if you prefer to wait there rather than make your way to the start point. Please book by TEXT before 8 am on the day. Assistance dogs are welcome.
