Overview

In association with the Dartmoor Preservation Association.

A 4-mile walk including Norsworthy, tin mining remains in the area, a longhouse and potato cave, Riddipitt Lane, Keaglesborough tin mine, Raddick Lane, Crazywell Pool and cross, Uncle’s Road, Cockle’s Gate and Roundypark Farm and back to the walk start.

A walk mainly on firm tracks, there is some climbing on the section from Raddick Lane towards Crazy Well Pool. We will have the opportunity to look at the ancient farming remains, a bronze age settlement and tin mining remains.

Booking essential as we might visit a pub or cafe after the walk.
