Overview

This walk is exploring around the circumference of Chudleigh taking in the hills to the south to get a view over the market town. Chudleigh’s history involves Stone Age caves, an Iron Age fort and C11th Bishop’s Palace. The town flourished because of the wool trade and later because of it’s position on the Exeter to Plymouth road.
