Overview

We walk through the countryside passing a Carmelite Monastery established in 1969 and then go by The Wood Hall Hotel built in 1750 for a family called the Scotts.  They were known as the Scotts of Scott Hall who later gave their name to Scott Hall Road in Leeds17 area and the Scott’s Arms in Sicklinghall.

We  cross over Linton Bridge to soon arrive in Collingham where we stop for lunch and  go back through East Rigton.
