Meet in the free car park serving Castle Park Gardens (entrance is on left-hand side on A56 after passing under the railway bridge out of Frodsham).
Route: across Frodsham and Helsby marshes via a series of field paths and tracks, Smithy Lane, Vicarage Lane, Helsby Hill, Longster Trail, Sandstone Trail, North Cheshire Way, Park Lane
