We are the Take a Hike Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A moderate country walk taking in the woodlands and hillside between Silsden and Riddlesden. Taking in rocky gorges and woodland and a stretch along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
The starting point will be at Steeton and Silsden rail station, which has plenty of train services from Leeds and Bradford. The 09:56am Skipton bound service from Leeds train station arrives at Steeton and Silsden station at 10:26am.
There are no toilet facilities at Steeton and Silsden station or along the route.
There is a large amount of parking at Steeton and Silsden station, but expect it to fill quickly on Saturday morning's.
