Come join for a gentle walk around west Leeds
We’ll settle off from horsforth down to the canal to Newlay; we’ll follow the canal for about 2 miles until we reach Rodley.
From Rodley well climb gently up to Woodhall/Calverley through the woods then, we’ll walk back through woodland to reach Apperley Bridge.
At Apperley Bridge, we’ll follow quiet lanes back up the hill to horsforth.
Nowhere is the going too difficult and despite the length, it’s not that hard.
The terrain is quite easy, but could be a bit muddy so boots probably better than trainers.
