A countryside walk bookended by urban sections. From Halfway Tram terminus we take a tram ride to Birley Lane and then walk through the gently rolling wooded Moss Valley back to Halfway.
With steady inclines and just one easy stile, this walk is mainly on established woodland and field paths which will be muddy in places especially after rain.
No toilets en route. Trams accept well-behaved dogs on short fixed leads only. Bus passes accepted on the tram or it's a £2.50 single fare.
