Join us for a 10.5 mile wander along Curbar, Froggatt and White Edges taking in Totley and Big Moors. Amazing views, several trigs, a couple of companion stones, red deer and a coffee shop at the start/end, a perfect start to British Summertime (don't forget to put your clocks forward!) No stiles, 2 very short lengths of road walking on busy roads, please note the tracks along the edges are very rocky underfoot - sturdy boots and walking poles recommended. Gaiters optional…😉
Toilets and a good cafe at start/end of walk. Parking at Longshaw is free for National Trust members, or Pay & Display (cash or pay by phone only) for non members at £8 per car. Car sharing recommended. Dogs welcome, please keep them on a fixed lead to avoid disturbing ground nesting birds and deer. While Longshaw is accessible by bus (Fox House stop), please note the Sunday service is quite limited.
