There will be a steep climb at the start of the walk, and terrain can be muddy during wet winter conditions so please dress appropriately for the forecast weather, especially footwear. Bring a packed lunch and warm drink, as no refreshments will be available during the walk itself, although Todmorden and Hebden Bridge both boast a wealth of cafes and pubs for a post-walk reward! Dogs on a short lead please.

Meet at Lobb Mill car park and picnic site, just off the A6033 Halifax Road between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge. This is a small free car park, but popular, and further parking is available in a lay-by further down the road if needed.
