Overview

I last did this walk from Rivington on 02.06.13, so some time spent navigating may be required.

OS map 287

A walk of two halves. Firstly, a walk through woods and fields onto moorland up to the trig point on Winter Hill. Secondly, a leisurely walk through part of the Rivington Terraced Gardens, viewing some of the buildings and follies.
