Overview

Across the Countryside Park, then on past Crofton Church after a sharp downhill. A combination of lanes, (tarmac and green - that can be wet and muddy) and footpaths passing Mowlish, Brickhouse, Home and New House Farms before the Bridleway near Langdon Hospital and back into the Countryside Park.
