Overview

It is a circular walk of approx 9 miles, with lunch at the Turfcutters Arms in East Boldre.
Start point is the Pig Bush car park (SU364048), (what3words: again.mixed.test).  This is on the right hand side of the B3056 Lyndhurst-Beaulieu road approx 1 mile past Beaulieu Road Station, travelling from Lyndhurst.   Start time 1000hrs.

It has been dry for a while but there is always the potential for some mud when we leave forest tracks and towards the end of the walk the ground can become soggy at times; so bring poles if you usually use them.

If you intend to walk do let me know no later than 1800hrs Wednesday, and include your lunch choice from the Turfcutters Arms website if you’re eating in the pub. Picnickers have a lot of green space to choose from if that is your preference, though I would caution you to wrap up warm!
