This North York Moors walk, north of the village of Hawnby, makes a circuit of Hawnby, Bilsdale West and Wetherhouse Moors and gives wonderful views into upper Ryedale, Bilsdale and Ladhill Gill.
A mix of vehicle tracks, quiet roads, field and moorland paths. If there has been recent heavy rain, a little mud can be expected in places. One steep hill climb hence the moderate grading attributed. Two stiles.

Off road parking at Moor Gate which is two miles north of Hawnby immediately after the first cattle grid.
