Grimwith Reservoir, High Skyreholme and Appletreewick

 From the car park we head across the moors towards Stump Cross, then follow a good track over to High Skyreholme and Howgill. We then head towards the River Wharfe where we pick up the Dales Way to Appletreewick and our return along lanes, fields and moorland back to our cars at Grimwith Reservoir.

Excellent views all day across to Simons Seat, along the River Wharfe, the Upper Wharfedale Valley and across the moors.
