The walk from Largs Station will follow the Gogo Water up to the Greeto Bridge then back up to the Auchenmaid Craigs and down to the shore.
This walk provides great views over Cumbrae, Bute and Arran.
There are a couple of steep ascents and descents, quite a bit on stairs.
The paths are mainly good - some tarmac, some gravel and stone and some through the woods.
There are toilets at Largs Station and along the front.
There will be an opportunity to stop for an ice cream, coffee or refreshment at the end of the walk.
If you wish to come on the walk you must contact the Leader in advance by email, text or phone call, but not more than two weeks in advance. Also, please provide the Leader with a mobile phone number in case arrangements change.
Walkers should not come on the walk if they have any symptoms associated with the Covid virus.
Glasgow Central Station, meeting outside M&S from 9:30 to catch the 9:45 train to Largs. For those who wish to take cars there are car parks and some on street parking in Largs.
The walk will start from Largs Railway Station at 10:50, when the train from Glasgow arrives
