Overview

A celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the inaugural challenge walk which was led by the late Dennis Fox in 2000 as part of East Leake village's Millennium Festival. As much as the original 17.75 miles route is used but as there are diversions in place the walk is now slightly longer at 18.7 miles. In essence this is the same route as per when the group last did this walk in 2021.

The route's outline is: Rempstone; Hoton Hills, Stanford-on-Soar; Trig Pillar 80m (A6006); West Leake church (lunch); Fox Hill; Cuckoo Bush; Gotham (pub visit); The Logan Trial; Spring Wood and East Leake.

If you would like to join this walk please contact the Leader using the email link. The Leader is Chris Sweetman.
