We are the East Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The start is at Bosley Reservoir at 10am by the dam. SJ926654 SK11 ONZ
9.5miles . 1250ft of ascent .
We will walk across the dam and through the village walking across the fields to Bosley Locks. From the canal we walk eastwards to Stonyfold and the northern end of Bosley Reservoir before stating the ascent to the Radio Station and Sutton Common . Staying high and admiring lovely views for several miles we walk along Wincle Minn before descending to Stilesmeadow.
