A walk through the fields and woods of Kent, passing through Knole Park and following a section of the Greensand Way. The lunch stop will be at the National Trust's Ightham Mote where there are picnic tables, a cafe and toilets.
There are a few ups and downs, including a couple of short steep climbs in the afternoon.
Catch the 09.43 train from London Bridge Station, arriving at Sevenoaks at 10.07. Buy a cheap day return to Sevenoaks.
