Oswestry Ramblers welcome people who enjoy walking and the countryside. We walk twice a week mainly in Shropshire and Wales and help improve local footpaths.

A leisurely, relatively level, 5.5 mile circular walk, mostly on field footpaths with some short sections on quiet country lanes. The route takes us through the flower rich hay meadows of Melverley Farm Nature Reserve and back through Ash Parva to Ash Magna. Often there are mature cows grazing the meadows, but they are used to people and show little interest. Expect stiles and some mud. There will be one stop for coffee and one stop for lunch.
