Oswestry Ramblers welcome people who enjoy walking and the countryside. We walk twice a week mainly in Shropshire and Wales and help improve local footpaths.

A relatively level walk, mostly on field footpaths and along some quiet country lanes. We visit the lovely church at Bettisfield and pass the old Cambrian Line, Railway Station. The walk back takes us along a section of the Llangollen Branch of the Shropshire Union canal before returning to Welshampton. There are several stiles and expect some mud. There will be one stop for lunch and possibly a second stop for an afternoon tea/coffee.
