A walk that will be long and taken at a reasonable pace. Not an 'adagio', more of an 'allegretto'. From Heytesbury we walk to Corton then up on the Wessex Ridgeway to Boyton Down and Stockton Down. Staying high we walk the woods of Great Ridge along Snail Creep Hanging (what a name!) along the old Roman Road and return via Tytherington Hill and Village. A great walk on mainly good tracks on which to stretch our legs. All welcome, and you'll need plentiful food and drink for 3 stops.
