Meet Point: Near the ticket barriers, or on the platform at Piccadilly Station. Alternatively, meet the group on the train, or at the Walk Start at Strines station.
Transport to Walk Start: 10:18 train from Manchester Piccadilly (final destination New Mills Central).
Suggested Ticket: Strines Off Peak Return £7.90

Waypoints: Brook Bottom, New Mills Golf Club, Broadhurst Edge, Hollinsmoor, Chatterton Lane, Hambleton Fold Farm, Mellor Church, Linnet Clough, Marple Station
Return Services: x:07 & x:40 until late
Extra: Please use the toilet on the train. No toilet at walk start. No toilets en route. Optional drinks at the end in Marple Bridge. Please do not bring your dog (apart from assistance dogs)
A linear walk from Strines to Marple using bridleways, field paths, woodlands, and country lanes. Some paths will be muddy / boggy so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for winter walking.
