Overview

A walk across pleasant countryside with pretty villages to the west of Bishops Stortford.

The route goes via Bury Green, Hadham Ford, Little Hadham, Green Street and Cradle End. There are many interesting features including the medieval St Cecilia's Church and Hadham Hall and the historic village pump.

We stop at Hadham Ford where is a pub, but please bring a packed lunch.

There are several trains back to London an hour.
