Scenic walk up The Band, Bowfell (possibly by the climbers traverse), ore gap, blue beauty of Angle Tarn, up to Rossett Pike, along the ridge to Stake Pass, plod across Martcrag Moor, spectacular views from Pike of Stickle and Harrison Stickle and Pavey Arc, then toe dipping in Stickle Tarn and back to ODG for an orange juice.
