We are the Rushcliffe Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Easy walk up to Newstead Abbey from Linby, going along the Linby Trail through Freckland Wood, could be muddy after rain. Then to Newstead Abbey where we will have a coffee stop (cafe and toilets there too). Hopefully return via the gardens and Robin Hood Way to Papplewick and back to Linby with lunch for those who wish at the Horse and Groom.

Park in the car park of the Horse and Groom if staying for lunch, otherwise on the roadside opposite the pub.
