Overview

From our starting point of Glen Mary NT car park we will cross the road and start our walk to Holme Fell via Harry Guards Wood and Uskdale Gap. From our first summit, we will descend and follow the path to High Oxen Fell. After a short road walk on a very quiet road, we will cross the A593 and start our ascent of Black Fell via Hollin Bank and Low Arnside. Our descent will be via Iron Keld and The Cumbria Way,  past the wonderful Tarn Hows. This walk will be on mostly good paths but can be boggy in places. Please remember your National Trust cards if you are a member.
