Overview

Starting from Huck’s Bridge we climb up the rough stone track of the Breasthigh Road until we reach the ridge line. We then walk the undulating ridge taking in several of the hilly tops until we reach the A685 and then head down to Borrow Beck. We’ll follow the river on a farm track and then cross over to walk along Low & High Borrowdale back to pick up the Breasthigh Road again and then head back down towards the cars.
Fingers crossed for good weather and fabulous views from the top.
