A medley of popular London walks giving you the some of best of the capital's residential and watery backwaters, famous and less famous musical sites and glorious open spaces.
We will walk at a brisk/fast pace but with frequent stops to take in our surroundings.
Starting in Earls Court we wind our way through to South Kensington, enjoying cobbled mews, grand houses and pristine front gardens, before heading towards Kensington Gardens and on to have a picnic lunch at Holland Park, where there is also a cafe. After leaving the park we head through Notting Hill and along the canal to Little Venice, before picking up Paddington Recreation Ground, a famous zebra crossing, St John's Wood and Primrose Hill.
Please note that there are no toilets before lunch.
There are numerous public transport options for walkers who prefer not to do the full distance.
Walking boots are not needed as this is virtually entirely on paved surfaces.
No booking required. Please check travel arrangements to ensure we can leave with you promptly at 10.30.
The finishing time is a rough estimate and dependent on numerous factors including the weather and speed of the group.
